Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Skytrail Technologies. By requesting, purchasing, reviewing, or using our digital travel planning platform support services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Skytrail Technologies provides digital travel planning platform support services. These services may include organization of travel route information, preparation of destination content structures, support for travel-related digital interfaces, planning workflow organization, dashboard structure support, destination overview preparation, and smart travel information system support.

Our services are informational, organizational, content-focused, and technology-focused in nature. We do not operate as a travel agency, booking platform, airline, accommodation provider, transportation company, tour operator, payment processor, insurance provider, or financial intermediary.

2. No Booking or Travel Agency Operations

Skytrail Technologies does not book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, events, experiences, tickets, or reservations. We do not sell travel packages, issue tickets, collect travel payments on behalf of third-party providers, hold client funds for travel purchases, or guarantee availability of any destination, activity, or travel service.

Any travel decision, reservation, booking, payment, or purchase made by a client or user must be completed directly with the applicable travel provider, marketplace, vendor, platform, or official source. Clients are responsible for reviewing all third-party terms, cancellation rules, availability, pricing, restrictions, and documentation requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing deliverables, confirming all travel-related details with official sources, and making independent decisions regarding destinations, routes, schedules, transportation, accommodations, safety, legal compliance, visa requirements, health requirements, and travel documentation.

  • Clients must provide accurate project requirements, brand guidelines, platform details, and content needs.
  • Clients must verify all destination, timing, pricing, access, entry, legal, and safety information before relying on it.
  • Clients must ensure that their use of any deliverable complies with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.
  • Clients must not present Skytrail Technologies as a booking provider, travel seller, or travel agency.

4. Digital Deliverables

Deliverables may include route structures, itinerary logic frameworks, destination content outlines, interface content blocks, dashboard planning structures, digital information architecture, user flow recommendations, data organization models, written planning materials, and related advisory documents.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables are provided in digital format. Any implementation, development, integration, publishing, maintenance, hosting, third-party software configuration, or platform deployment is outside the scope unless specifically included in a written project agreement.

5. Estimates, Pricing, and Project Scope

Prices, ranges, and examples displayed on the website are general market-based project estimates for informational purposes. Final pricing depends on the size, complexity, urgency, volume of content, number of revisions, platform requirements, research depth, and requested deliverables.

A project scope may include specific milestones, delivery format, revision limits, timeline expectations, and client responsibilities. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote, additional fee, or revised timeline.

6. Revisions

Revision terms are defined by the project agreement or invoice. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed deliverable, not to create a new project, replace the original direction, or add major new requirements after work has begun. Requests that substantially change the direction, structure, volume, or purpose of the project may be treated as additional work.

7. Third-Party Information

Travel-related information can change quickly. Destination rules, access, pricing, opening hours, transportation schedules, documentation requirements, safety conditions, and platform policies may change without notice. Skytrail Technologies may organize or structure information, but we do not guarantee that third-party information will remain accurate, complete, or current after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed rights to use final deliverables for their internal business, website, platform, planning, or content purposes. Drafts, internal methods, process documents, unused concepts, research systems, templates, and preliminary materials remain the property of Skytrail Technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients must ensure they have proper rights to any materials, logos, images, documents, brand assets, datasets, or third-party content they provide to us. The client is responsible for any claims arising from materials supplied by the client.

9. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use our services for fraudulent activity, misleading travel claims, unlawful booking operations, unauthorized resale, deceptive advertising, illegal destinations or activities, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

Skytrail Technologies is not liable for travel disruptions, cancellations, denied entry, schedule changes, vendor disputes, payment disputes, safety incidents, documentation problems, third-party platform failures, or losses arising from reliance on third-party travel information. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. No Professional Travel, Legal, Financial, or Safety Advice

Our services do not constitute legal, financial, immigration, medical, insurance, safety, or official travel advice. Clients should consult appropriate official sources, qualified professionals, government websites, carriers, vendors, and travel providers before making decisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

Skytrail Technologies may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will apply when posted or otherwise made available. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
