Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, revisions, and refund requests are handled for Skytrail Technologies digital travel planning platform support services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Skytrail Technologies provides custom informational and technology-focused services. Our work may include route information organization, destination content structures, digital interface planning support, travel-planning workflow structures, dashboard organization, information architecture, and related advisory deliverables.

Because these services are customized, research-based, content-focused, and prepared specifically for each client, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, amount of work completed, and whether a deliverable has already been prepared or delivered.

2. No Refunds for Completed Work

Payments for completed work are generally non-refundable. Once Skytrail Technologies has delivered the agreed project, document, content structure, interface support material, planning workflow, route organization framework, or other final deliverable, the service is considered fulfilled.

A client’s later change of business direction, platform change, travel concept change, brand change, internal delay, or decision not to use the deliverable does not automatically qualify the project for a refund.

3. Deposits and Project Start

Some projects may require a deposit, partial payment, or upfront payment before work begins. Deposits reserve project time, cover initial review, planning, research, administrative preparation, and early production work.

If a client cancels after work has started, the deposit or portion of payment covering completed work, planning, research, communication, and administrative time may be non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels before any meaningful work has started, Skytrail Technologies may approve a full or partial refund, minus any payment processing fees, administrative costs, or preparation time already incurred. Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation After Work Begins

If a client cancels after project work has begun, any refund will be calculated based on the portion of work not yet completed. Work may include project review, research, content mapping, route logic planning, interface structure preparation, internal notes, drafts, calls, written recommendations, design direction, and administrative coordination.

  • Completed work is not refundable.
  • Time already allocated to the project may be deducted.
  • Third-party costs, if any were approved by the client, are not refundable.
  • Urgent or priority work may have reduced refund eligibility once started.

6. Revision Requests Instead of Refunds

If a client is dissatisfied with a deliverable, the first remedy is usually revision within the agreed scope. Revisions are intended to correct, clarify, or refine the deliverable according to the original project requirements.

Refunds are not normally issued for issues that can reasonably be addressed through revisions. Requests that add new services, change the original direction, require a different platform, or substantially expand the project may require additional payment.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • The final deliverable has already been provided.
  • The client approved the project direction and later changed preferences.
  • The client failed to provide required information or feedback.
  • The client expected booking, ticketing, travel agency, payment processing, or third-party vendor services that Skytrail Technologies does not provide.
  • The client used or published any part of the delivered work.
  • The request is based on third-party travel changes, vendor availability, platform changes, or external conditions outside our control.

8. Third-Party Costs

Skytrail Technologies does not book travel or process travel payments. If any third-party tools, software, assets, subscriptions, or external resources are separately approved by the client for a project, those costs may be non-refundable and subject to the third party’s own policies.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Skytrail Technologies before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will review the project status, communication history, deliverables, and payment record. Improper chargebacks for completed or delivered work may be contested with documentation.

10. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, the client should provide their name, project title, payment date, reason for the request, and any relevant details. Skytrail Technologies will review the request based on project stage, agreed scope, work completed, and prior communication.

Approval of a refund request is not guaranteed. Any approved refund may take time to appear depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.

11. Service Boundaries

Skytrail Technologies does not guarantee travel availability, destination access, booking success, price stability, entry approval, vendor performance, or third-party platform performance. Refunds are not issued for external travel conditions or third-party decisions outside the scope of our digital support services.
